Hi, I’m Thamires
I’ve been photographing people for seven years, and I still get a bit emotional when I send a gallery off. That probably tells you everything about why I do this.
If the idea of being in front of a camera makes you uncomfortable, you’re in very good company. Almost everyone says it to me in the first five minutes. I’ll tell you where to stand and what to do with your hands, and somewhere around ten minutes in you’ll forget I’m there. That’s usually when the photos I love start happening.
And if you’re expecting, or your baby is only a few days old, please don’t spend a second worrying about tidying the house or finding the right outfit. We’ll sort all of that beforehand, and I’ll work around feeds, naps and whatever else the day decides to do. You have enough going on already.
